Bloom Day in February.
I went out yesterday to take photos for today’s post for GBBD, thank goodness I did as we had a hard frost last night and flowers are not looking too happy this morning. I could only go round half the … Continue reading
I blame Imogen.
Imogen is the name of the latest storm to hit the UK, she came rushing across the Atlantic on Friday night and hit the west coast and dumped so much rain on top of us when she met land. Once … Continue reading
The Single Wildings are now joining in.
Snowdrop time is a wonderful time of year. January wouldn’t normally have me rushing into the garden each morning, too cold, too wet, but plant a few snowdrops and that soon changes. It’s on with the wellies and waterproofs as … Continue reading

The weather on Tuesday and Wednesday was perfect, lots of sunshine, blue sky, birds singing and the temperature up in double figures. Some time ago I had invited W.I members in the village to see the snowdrops and enjoy a … Continue reading
GBBD. The wild ones are catching up.
First of all I must explain my absence for the last week or so, courtesy yet again of Talk Talk, don’t they realise how much bad publicity I give them?! We have not been able to access e.mails or any … Continue reading
